UTPA Department of Music & Dance

The UTPA Department of Music & Dance was looking to modernize their logo and also carry that over to the promotional print items that were sent by mail to advertise their program. The logo needed to represent both the music and dance departments, so the silhouette of the top-view of a piano was incorporated with the silhouette of a ballerina shoe to accommodate both. The green and orange color scheme were chosen to stay faithful to the school colors and the overall design of the promotional items were inspired by a modern take on the Bauhaus style, with lines and color blocking across the layouts.
